His management experience spans field engineering roles in Talara, Peru, and Monagas, Venezuela, to global corporate positions in Sugar Land, Texas, USA—where he led workforce planning for over 5,000 engineers worldwide. He has directed critical operations in Nigeria, Brazil, and the Caspian Sea region, managing diverse teams across race, gender, and culture with an unwavering focus on safety and performance.
